KM4HR are looking for an experienced Academic Talent Partner to join a growing, innovative well known business. This role has a hybrid working model with their HQ located in London. This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in professional services and academic recruitment and wants to have ownership of a new and exciting project.
What will you be doing?

Managing multiple end to end recruitment campaigns for professional services or senior academic roles (Head of Department and above) within the business to ensure an efficient, cost effective and compliant recruitment process

Utilising standard and innovative routes to market to deliver a diverse applicant pool

Proactively generating applicants through various search methodologies

Working to a defined service catalogue to deliver a value added service which improves the way the business recruits talent, reducing time to hire and cost per hire

Focusing on delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience

Promoting and developing the business as an employer of choice

Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, agencies, meet ups, social media platforms, internet research, referrals, general headhunting, community groups and other innovative methods to attract the best possible candidates for our roles efficiently and cost effectively

Supporting hiring managers in writing attractive job descriptions in collaboration with HR Business Partner
Who are you?

Proven experience of full life-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment

Experience of x-ray and Boolean search would be advantageous

Data driven decision making

Ability to build credibility quickly and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders
