KM4HR are looking for a HR Administrator to join a client of theirs on a 3 month FTC. This client are a leading provider of business intelligence, data and insights within the asset management industry. The role will be based out of their London HQ 3 days a week and the remaining 2 working from home.
Key duties of the role;

Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries, answering, re directing and processing first line requests.

You will be accountable for managing the main inbox, coordinating queries and actions to the wider global HR team.

You will be responsible for the full onboarding cycle from issuing contracts, checking references to preparing inductions.

You will make sure that the leaver processes are managed correctly and timely.

Maintain people related data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance measures are met and maintained.
You will need;

Previous HR administration experience is essential and understanding of HR processes

Ability to hit the ground running

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

High attention to detail

HR system knowledge would be advantageous
