KM4HR are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join one of their leading clients, based in Kent. Providing first line HR support to the business across both BU’s Ensuring all documentation for the department is processed, recorded and registered within our systems providing an appropriate audit trail to meet required standards, statutory obligations and legal compliance. First line responsibility for recruitment and ER activities working closely with the GHRBP to raise any issues which arise.
Key duties of the role;
- Respond to colleagues, enquiries in a professional manner with accurate correspondence and attention to detail
- To keep up to date with changes in HR related regulations and legislation
- Ensure compliance with statutory legal processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal business processes and procedures
- Collate and process various HR Documentation, forms and records ensuring accurate and up to date information is held within the HR Database.
- Support collation and development of transfer of paper files to online HR system.
- Support HRBP with Disciplinary and Grievances as appropriate. Raising any potential issues or areas of weakness.
- Collate and present HR statistics and KPI’s to support the business Absence/ turnover etc.
- Process training feedback and booking relevant courses both internally and with the external provider.
- Process the output of appraisals/reviews (ie, recording targets/objectives and training & development needs into the Group Matrix and update job descriptions).
- Submit new starter paperwork to Shared services for all new starters.
- Support with the recruitment process in inviting candidates to interviews,creating JD’s, updating vacancies on the system and ensuring identify checks are undertaken.
- Any other group HR support as and when required.
Up to £33,000, kent based with some flex
