KM4HR are looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer to join a growing, dynamic and technology based international client of theirs. This role is a fully remote working role.
Key responsibilities;
• First line of response for colleagues with any ER queries
• Handling Payroll, Wage, Holidays and overtime queries
• Running daily absence reporting and liaising with management
• Conducting return to work interviews
• Completing the HR paperwork during Induction
• Inputting new starter details onto internal systems
• General administration duties
We are looking for candidates who:
- Ideally are CIPD qualified
- A “Can Do Approach”
- Ability to work on your own and think on your feet attitude and approach
- Discretion and Confidentiality
- Excellent IT Skills specifically Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills at all level of a business
