KM4HR are looking for an established HR Business Partner to join a new and innovative team for a client of theirs based in Ipswich. This role is a 6-12 month FTC with scope to go permanent.
You will be responsible for;
- Providing effective professional support on a day to day people issues working with managers to resolve issues and implement effective people management practices
- Coach and advise line managers on the management of employee related issues within their own teams and provide advice on grievance, disciplinary, performance and redundancy issues
- Champion performance management across the business providing coaching to line managers
- Challenge and influence current ways of working to drive a positive change and work with the rest of the HR team to lead improvements across business areas
- Partner with the business working closely with executives, managers and employees to understand business needs and objectives, develop strategies and implement solutions to address needs.
- Talent acquisition – working in collaboration with the TA team to attract, select and recruit high calibre talent
- Drive effective performance manage practices which are aligned to the HR agenda and strategy
- Deliver seamless client support by partnering with HR corporate functions and COEs and leveraging HR programs, policies, processes and systems
Experience required;
- CIPD qualified
- Generalist experience and working knowledge of UK employment law
- Able to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and excellent influencing skills
- Ability to face change with a positive and flexible outlook
