KM4HR are looking for a People Insights and Experience Manager to join a growing, innovative technology focused company. This role has a hybrid working model with ther HQ located in central London.
What will you be doing?
People services
- Ensure all employees have a consistently great onboarding and induction experience
- Provide inspirational leadership to enable the People Services team to deliver a great experience to employees
- Own the successful delivery of our benefits package
Reward
- Provide high quality compensation intelligence, analysis and oversight to ensure we maintain a fair and consistent application of pay and reward across the business
- Provide expert support to the Head of People Experience in preparing and rolling out compensation programmes.
- Take responsibility for compliance with right to work legislation
Systems and reporting
- Take responsibility for ensuring data within the people team is accurate and of a high quality
- Own, improve and deliver on key people processes, automating where possible whilst keeping the personal touch
- Be the key point of contact with the Business Data team to ensure dashboards are up - to - date and new dashboards reflect the story we are trying to share
Who are you?
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Strong team player
- Understanding of Compensation and Benefits including Salary Benchmarking and designing
- Understanding of the application of key UK employment law and commission schemes
- Power user of HR, automation and reporting tools including:
