KM4HR are looking for an experienced People Partner to join a growing, innovative technology focused company. This role has a hybrid working model with their HQ located in London. This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a start up or scale up environment.
What will you be doing?

Creating and tweaking policy and procedures in the business

Providing ER support and creating the employee handbook

Managing payroll, from starters, leavers and any amendments

Be the first point of contact to managers within your allocated business areas providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and support in areas including employee engagement, retention and building inclusive teams

Provides professional, effective and customer focused HR expertise to support the delivery of the Business Strategy i.e. talent management, succession planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, recognition.
Who are you?

CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent in experience, ideally degree educated

Experience leading formal processes, grievances, disciplinaries and capability.

Strong communication, influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, in person, by telephone and in email
Whats on offer?
- £55,000 - £65,000 basic
