KM4HR are looking for a Contract Resourcer/Recruitment Advisor on a 6 month FTC. This role will be mainly candidate focused and involves working alongside a The Recruitment Manager to help them source candidates for roles they are working on as well as support the Company’s recruitment efforts by:
• Supporting the role approval process to enable a seamless and timely offer process when the right candidate is identified
• interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• organising interviews and selection events
• making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• building relationships with clients.
• using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
• headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
• briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
• preparing CVs and correspondence
• organizing interviews for candidates
• informing candidates about the results of interviews
• negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between both parties
This role would focus on the above job description plus:
- Own the RAF process partnering with the relevant hiring managers to shorten the process
- Update recruitment tracker
- Source the candidates on Linked in so that the Recruitment Manager can drive direct sourcing.
- Create vacancies in Recruitee and do internal job posting emails
- Implement/Embed Recruitee with hiring managers
- Verifile chasing
- Keep JDs updated and develop new ones
- GDPR compliance
- Right to work processes
- Linked in Life page admin
