KM4HR are partnering with a data tech client based in Boston, US. Attracting and hiring great talent is something that our client are passionate about and to help them reach their ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a US-based Talent Acquisition Partner to join a wider global Talent team and help to build out the Commercial teams in the US.
What you’ll be doing:
● You’ll be tasked with creatively sourcing candidates and building talent pools through various channels whilst introducing and recommending new sourcing methods
● Working closing with the Talent Operations Manager you will approach your work from a data driven and solutions focused perspective, consistently looking at areas of improvement
● Generate referrals from current team members and external network
● Help to promote and build our employer brand in the US by coming up with authentic talent content that is true to the companies values & culture
● Keep things highly organised in the ATS, job boards & systems to ensure that all of our departmental data is clean, concise and can be communicated with ease.
Skills and experience;
● You have experience of managing multiple stakeholders across various commercial remits at any one time from lead level through to C-suite within a start-up/scale-up environment
● You have experience sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques, e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, social channels and Boolean search strings
●You’re able to prioritise your workload and work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
